1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using Inanna’s Festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website. 
2. Products and Pricing: We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information. Prices are subject to change without notice. 
3. Orders and Payment: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept All Visa Debit and major credit cards. 

14 day returns policy 

Returns Policy 14-Day Return Window: 

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Condition of Items:  

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.  

Return Process:  

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@inannasfestival.co.uk 

 with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on where to send the return.  

Return Shipping:  

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of the item being received.
